So here it is, and not in any particular order:
- 30 lbs by Dec 31st
- Under 30% body fat
- Under 30 minute 5K
- Run (without walking) a full 10K
- Eat clean 90% of the time
- Cardio 3-4x per week
- Strength Training 3x per week
- Get rid of this god awful roll I have in my stomach
- Have my defined legs back
- Stay positive
